The free trial is for the yearly plan only, with up to 20 checks in total during the trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Niairo Plus renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings.

Questions
What can I use for free?
The body type and personal color diagnosis, saving and sharing your result card, and the three key points with a six-color palette are free, and will never become paid. Your first 3 “Does this suit me?” checks are free too; the sample check doesn't count toward them.
How accurate is the diagnosis?
Niairo's diagnosis is a self-check guide calculated from your answers. It is not guaranteed to match an in-person consultation with a professional. We show which answers shaped your result and how close you are to your second type, and you can retake the diagnosis for free anytime.
I've already had a consultation.
Choose “I've had a diagnosis before” on the first screen and pick your body type and personal color. You can then use the report and checks with that type.
What happens to faces in the images I check?
Before sending, faces are detected and blurred on your iPhone. If faces can't be detected on the device, the image is not sent. Side profiles or small faces may not always be blurred, so please crop to just the clothing when people are in the picture. The AI is instructed to ignore people's faces and bodies and look only at the item.
Are the images I send stored?
Images are not stored on our server. They are sent to Anthropic's AI (Claude) to read the item's features, and only those features are kept for 30 days in case you check the same image again. Images are used only for the check and are not used to train AI.
Do I need an account?
No. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so you can use “Restore Purchases” on a new iPhone.
How do I cancel Niairo Plus?
Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. If you cancel during the yearly free trial, you won't be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so please request refunds through Apple (for example, the “Report a Problem” page). The developer cannot process refunds.
Which devices and languages are supported?
Niairo is an iPhone app, available in Japanese only.
